Jonathan was previously Senior Director, CRM Applications at Bridge Connector. He led his team with the philosophy that healthcare applications should be easier to use — intuitively designed and immediately useful from the user’s perspective. Specializing in Salesforce development, apps, and integrations. He helped companies increase their revenue by as much as 50% in some cases, creating solutions for patient communications, payment management, and patient financing options.
Before that, Jonathan was a Senior Javascript Engineer for the Advocate Marketing Platform company, Spendsetter, building consumer engagement platforms for clients such as Man Cave, Bionic Glove, and The Limited.
He was also a Senior Javascript Engineer for Moontoast, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer, where he created mobile-responsive, rich-media ads for clients such as Toyota, Häagen-Dazs, and Hyundai. Jonathan received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Jake has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for 7 years. He is a certified Salesforce Admin who has worked in several industries and solved many different Salesforce use cases. He has experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and is consistently educating himself on the newest Salesforce service offerings.
Jake previously worked at Bridge Connector as part of a dynamic team that delivered multiple applications for healthcare companies using the Salesforce platform. Jake and his team efficiently delivered working products on time while also exceeding client expectations. Before healthcare technology, Jake worked as a CRM program consultant for a global fintech company specializing in B2B lending. He also has experience working closely with the largest real estate e-form company as well as working for a state of the art digital signature company.
Jake was raised in Memphis, TN, before attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned 2 degrees, one in marketing and the other in entrepreneurship.
Robby is a certified Salesforce professional with over 11 years of combined experience in Consulting, Delivery, and Product Development. He enjoys engaging with clients to gain insight into their business problems and working together to produce a solution to meet their objectives.
In the healthcare space, Robby developed Salesforce apps at Bridge Connector as part of the CRM App Product team. The team was successful in extending out-of-box Salesforce and Health Cloud functionality by delivering 4 custom apps from idea to market in under 1 year. Prior to Bridge, Robby lead the architecture, delivery, and maintenance of the custom Salesforce medical billing application for a behavioral health organization based in Brentwood, TN which supported 3 service lines in 40 locations nationally.
Before healthcare, Robby was a systems integration consultant, supporting clients in the federal, financial services, and technology sectors. He worked on projects ranging from delivering a 3000+ hour capacity project for a global, 6-geo Salesforce implementation to establishing the data architecture for a parcel scanning solution in Oracle to process 300+ million scans per day.
An Alabama native, Robby recently decided to plant roots in Nashville, TN. He is a proud alum of the MIS program at the University of Alabama.
